Biography

2021: Served as the back-up quarterback for the entire season . . . Appeared in four games, where he rushed for 92 yards and three touchdowns on 10 carries . . . Had a season-high four carries for 46 yards and a touchdown against Northwestern Oklahoma State (Sept. 11). 

2019: Redshirted.

PREP: Three-year letterman at Heritage High School . . . Led Heritage to an 11-2 record and a trip to the Texas 4A Semifinals . . . Completed 211 of his 322 passes for 3289 yards and 47 touchdowns and was named District 9-4A MVP during his senior season . . . Leaves Heritage with 9398 passing yards and 128 touchdowns while completing 67 percent of his passes . . . Named District 9-4A Co-MVP as a junior after leading all 4A quarterbacks with 39 touchdowns and a 68.9 completion percentage . . . Earned District 9-4A Offensive Newcomer of the Year as a sophomore after throwing for over 3000 yards and 39 touchdowns.
