Biography

2022: Started all seven games for the Reddies as one of the pillars of the defensive line before suffering a season-ending injury at Harding in week seven … Had 22 tackles, six tackles for loss, four sacks and a blocked field goal in just seven contests … Recorded four sacks in the first three games of the season as a defensive tackle, including two sacks against UAM … Was leading the GAC in sacks when he went down with injury against Harding … Was named Henderson State’s 2022-23 Duke Wells Inspirational Award recipient – the highest honor given to any male athlete at HSU by the Athletic Department.

2021: Played in all but one game for Henderson State . . . Second on the team with three and a half sacks for 22 yards while also giving four and a half tackles for loss . . . Totaled 13 tackles on the year . . . Tallied a season-high three tackles at Arkansas-Monticello (Sept. 18).

2019: Played in five games for the Reddies along the defensive line … Made three tackles on the year including two for loss … Had a tackle for loss against both Northwestern Oklahoma State (Oct. 5) and East Central (Oct. 19).

PERSONAL: June 9, 1999 . . . Son of Shanquilla Collins and Alvin Robinson . . . Brother to Derreon, Shaquon and Shaquille . . . Major is Sport Management ... Shaq is deaf and communicates using American Sign Language (ASL) ... Has served as an ambassador on campus by teaching ASL classes to fellow students ... Was the only deaf graduate student in the state of Arkansas as of spring 2023.
