Jesse Harwell begins his first year as the defensive backs graduate assistant coach at Henderson State in 2021-22.

Harwell joins the Reddies after a four-year playing career at Southeastern Oklahoma State University where he played middle linebacker. During his time at SOSU, Harwell played under current Miami Dolphins cornerbacks coach Charles Burks.

Harwell earned his Bachelors degree in Health and Human Performance from Southeastern in 2020 and is currently pursuing his Masters in Sports Administration at Henderson State.
