A native of Waxahachie, Texas, Rashawn Moser is entering his first season at Henderson as a graduate assistant coach for defensive backs in 2024.
Moser joins HSU after previously serving as a coach, recruiting coordinator, and sports information director at Greenhill School in Addison, Texas. Before that, he was a defensive backs coach, special teams coordinator, and recruiting coordinator for Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth, Texas. Across his time as a high school coach, he mentored three all-district defensive backs, with one of them going on to earn all-state honors.
Known at prior stops for his communication skills and effective coaching tactics, Moser has a reputation for developing strong relationships with his players while helping them reach their potential.
Moser holds a Bachelor of General Studies from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas, as well as an Associate of Science in Exercise Science from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
