Named GAC Defensive Player of the Week after having 14 tackles, 2 tackles for loss and 3 hurries against Southern Arkansas . . . Totaled seven tackles and a forced fumble against Arkansas Tech . . . Led team in tackles against Southwestern Oklahoma with 11 stops.

2013: Played in eight games and had a season-best six tackles against Arkansas-Monticello . . . Also had five stops against Harding . . . Had four tackles in HSU’s triple overtime win over Ouachita Baptist . . . Ended year with 28 total tackles.

PREP: Lettered three seasons in football at El Dorado HS . . . Team won the Arkansas 6A State Championship in each of the years he lettered . . . As a senior, recorded 85 tackles, 18 of those for loss yardage, forced 11 fumbles, recovered one fumble, and picked off one pass . . . Named all-state, all-area, and all-conference in his senior year.
