PREP: Lettered two years at Fort Smith Northside . . . A two-time Class 7A All-State selection . . . Played quarterback and totaled more than 4,000 yards passing and 1,000 yards rushing . . . Became the first player in Arkansas high school history to throw for more than 4,000 yards and rush for 1,000 yards in a single season . . .
