Biography

COLLEGE: Transfers from Texas A&M Kinsville . . . Played in 11 games last season as a junior totaling 33 tackles and 3.5 stops for lost yardage . . . Appeared in seven games for the Javelina his sophomore year recording six total tackles during the season . . . Finished with two total tackles against Colorado Mesa (Sept. 13) and McMurry (Sept. 27) . . . As a freshman he appeared in eight games and recorded his first collegiate tackle at North Alabama (10/19) . . . Tallied a tackle in each of the final two games of the season, Nov. 9 at Angelo State and Nov. 16 against Valdosta State.

PREP: Helped lead Elkins High School to a pair of playoff appearances.

Personal: Son of Melody Kirksey… majoring in management.
