COLLEGE: Transferred from Oklahoma Panhandle State where he was an Honorable Mention All-American return specialist . . . Named Second-Team All-Region by Don Hansen . . . Lavender was hailed as the 2015 NCAA Division-II statistical champion for Kickoff Return Average, and set a new NCAA D-II single-season record for kickoff return averaging 42.3 yards per return in 2015; he totaled 592 yards on 14 returns for three touchdowns . . . Accounted for 996 all-purpose yards and scored seven touchdowns . . . Caught 21 passes for 380 yards and scored four touchdowns.
