Henderson State golfer Matt Jennings was named First-Team All-Great American Conference.
The Monroe, Iowa product claimed GAC individual medalist honors by defeating Jack Garrett of Arkansas Tech in a playoff earlier this week.
Throughout the season, Jennings recorded six top 10 finishes including placing fifth at the Bison Fall Classic and the Boomtown Classic.
Jennings is currently tied for 57th in the nation with an average score of 73.05 per round.
The sophomore became the first men’s golfer at HSU to win an individual conference championship since the institution joined the NCAA Division II ranks in 1994.
