Sarah Gibson hit for a .444 average and had a .778 slugging percentage at the 7-State Classic. Gibson hit safely in 5 of the 6 games played and had two home runs. The sophomore from Grand Saline, Texas hit a 2-run walk off home run against Concordia-St. Paul.
