Box Score 2 Henderson State finished the 2014 baseball season dropping a pair of games to Ouachita Baptist, 9-3 and 9-1, Saturday at Clyde Berry Field in Arkadelphia, Ark.
OBU, 24-26 overall and 16-14 in the Great American Conference, broke a 1-1 tie in the first game scoring four runs in the fifth-inning benefitting from three walks and a pair of hit batters.
Tadarious Hawkins went 3-for-4 in the game for the Reddies including having a double and scoring a run.
Matt Evans and
Lance Fields had two hits each with Fields having a run batted in.
The Tigers clubbed out 13 hits in the series finale with Landon Moore leading the team with three hits and a pair of runs batted in.
AJ Kruzel had two of Henderson's five hits in the game.
Evans ended the three-game series going 4-for-9, while Fields was 4-for-10 and Kruzel was 4-for-12.

The Reddies finished the season 17-31 overall and 11-19 in the GAC.
