ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – The 2026 D2CCA All-Region teams were announced Monday. The teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Div. II All-America & Coach of the Year Committee. The Division II Conference Commissioners Association All-America and All-Region Baseball Teams are sponsored by the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA). The teams are voted on by the members of D2SIDA, NCAA Division II Sports Information Directors Association.
Henderson State's
Ethan Roark has been named to the organization's Second Team. This honor comes on the heels of the Reddie pitcher being announced earlier this season as a First Team All-GAC member and a Second Team member of the NCBWA All-Central Region Team.
Roark, a senior starter from Flint, Texas served as the Reddies' ace all season, leading the Henderson pitching staff in innings pitched (68.2), strikeouts (88), and complete games (3). He also led the team with the fewest walks surrendered by any pitcher with a minimum of one game started. His 88 strikeouts on the year also led the Great American Conference, despite starting just 11 games on the season. Three of Roark's 11 starts featured 10 or more strikeouts by the right-hander.
The Division II Conference Commissioners Association encourages and promotes Division II athletics and high standards of sportsmanship as important elements of higher education. The CCA is a key communications link among the conferences as they discuss views, policies and regulations that impact Division II intercollegiate athletics and works closely with the NCAA as a communications channel to NCAA Division II member colleges and universities.
