After sweeping Southern Nazarene to begin conference play, Henderson State comes home to host Oklahoma Baptist for a three-game Great American Conference series beginning with a double-header on Sunday at Clyde Berry Field with the first pitch slated for 1 p.m.

The Reddies, 6-4 on the season, banged out 35 hits and scored 28 runs in the series against the Crimson Storm last week with
Dylan McCain leading the way going 6-for-12 at the plate, while
Nolan Ryan was 5-for-11.
Oklahoma Baptist, 8-2 overall and 3-0 in the GAC, swept its series with Ouachita Baptist last week. Juan Gonzalez led the Bison going 4-for-8 with a pair of doubles, while Brett Berghammer was 4-for-9 with 3 runs batted in.   Â
The Reddies enter the weekend series with a .250 team batting average while averaging 6.0 runs per game.

Zack Gray leads Henderson offensively with a .324 average (11-for-34) including four runs batted in. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Taylor Langston follows with a .313 average (10-for-32) and has six RBI on the year.

Zach Eschberger will make up the weekend rotation for the Reddies.

Haralson is 2-0 on the year and has a 3.43 ERA. The senior from Atkins, Ark. has recorded 24 strikeouts in 21 innings of work with opponents having a .187 average.

Priddy is also 2-0 and sports a 4.80 ERA. The junior from Terrell, Texas has fanned 10 batters in 15 innings.

Eschberger has a 4.15 ERA and has totaled 15 punch-outs in 17.1 innings. Opponents are hitting .235 off the southpaw from Bullard, Texas.
Oklahoma Baptist has a stout .379 team batting average which include 39 doubles and 14 home runs. The Bison average 10.6 runs per game and have a .644 team slugging percentage.       Â

Juan Gonzalez leads the club hitting .531 with five doubles, a pair of home runs and 11 RBI. Â
Brett Berghammer follows with a .474 average which includes four doubles and 10 runs batted in.          Â
Zane Gelphman is the big power-hitter for the Bison having six home runs along with three doubles. Gelphman is hitting .368 on the year and has a .921 slugging percentage.

The Bison pitching staff has a team ERA of 4.39 and have combined for 122 strikeouts in 80 innings.       Â
Zach Fowler is 2-0 on the year with a 3.71 ERA including 26 punch-outs in 17.0 innings.       Â
Albertus Barber has a 3-0 record and sports a 3.77 ERA. In 14.1 innings of work, Barber has totaled 21 strikeouts in 14.1 innings.      Â
Caleb Bly will also pitch against the Reddies. Bly has appeared in five games and has a 1.38 ERA in 13.0 innings of work. Bly leads the team in strikeouts with 29 including 11 in 5 innings against Ouachita last weekend.
