ARKADELPHIA, Ark. — There is no drama or anxiety for Henderson State when it comes to the Reddies' regional hopes this season. The 2021 GAC Tournament Champions are in and will learn who they play and when tonight at 9 p.m. CT during the NCAA DII Baseball Selection Show.

HSU will be making the program's second appearance in the NCAA DII Central Regional. The Reddies' first trip, in 2015, proved to be a memorable one, as they rolled through a loaded bracket in St. Cloud, Minnesota and advanced to the DII College World Series.

Henderson is one of three conference champions from the region who are guaranteed spots in the field when it is revealed tonight, joining MIAA champion No. 2 Central Missouri and Northern Sun champion No. 13 Minnesota State. This year's Central Regional will be played in Warrensburg, Missouri on the campus of the University of Central Missouri from May 27-30.

The format for the six-team tournament is double-elimination and the winner will move on to the NCAA DII College World Series in Cary, North Carolina on June 5-12.
