ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – Henderson State Athletics has announced the hiring of Dom Hall as Director of Sports Performance, as announced on Wednesday.
Hall comes to Arkadelphia from Abilene Christian University, where he served as director of the softball strength and conditioning program and was on the strength staffs for football and men's basketball.

Seth Dutton said. "He stood out during the interview process as someone whose goals were directly aligned with our department and university. His strong desire to not only help our athletes grow physically, but also in the classroom and community is what sets him apart for this position."
Prior to his time in Abilene, Coach Hall spent time as an assistant strength coach at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. In his time with the Bulldogs, Hall led workouts for men's and women's golf, women's basketball, and men's ice hockey. Additionally, he helped maintain workouts and nutrition stations for all 16 sports, including the 2026 football national championship team.

Hall began his career as a graduate assistant at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. While in Cleveland, he helped with all 14 of the Statesmen's 14 programs while leading workouts for men's golf and women's soccer.
A native of Lebanon, Virginia, Hall played college football at Averett University in Danville, Virginia, while earning his degree in Physical Education/Sports Medicine. He received his master's degree in exercise science from Delta State in 2024.
