ARKADELPHIA, Ark. -- Following a thrilling victory over Harding last weekend, Henderson State will seek its third-straight Great American Conference win on Saturday when the Reddies host Arkansas-Monticello at 3 p.m. in the Duke Wells Center.

REDDIES REPORT
- Henderson (7-2, 2-1) got its second-straight GAC win last Saturday in thrilling fashion over Harding, 75-74. Eric Dailey found Jeremiah Toney for a layup with 3.8 seconds left to win it for HSU. It was the Reddies' third-straight win over the Bisons dating back to last season.

- Dailey and Toney played perhaps the best games of their respective careers in the win. Dailey tied a career-high with 17 points and added five rebounds and five assists, while Toney gave the Reddies 13 points and 11 rebounds in just 20 minutes off the bench.

- As a team, Henderson is fourth in the league in field goal percentage defense, holding conference opponents to just 41.9 percent shooting from the field. The Reddies are also fourth in rebounding offense (39.7 per game) and turnover margin (+1.0). HSU is second in the GAC in offensive rebounding and averages 14 offensive boards per contest.

- Against conference opponents, Chris Parker ranks 10th in the league in points per game (15.7). He had 19 points last Saturday in the win over Harding.

- There are nine HSU players that currently average 14 or more minutes and five or more points per game. Eight different Reddies have started a game this season and nine have scored in double figures at some point.

- Saturday is the 160th meeting all-time between Henderson and UAM. The Reddies lead the series 94-65 and won the first matchup back in 1931-32 by a score of 47-18.

SCOUTING ARKANSAS-MONTICELLO
- The Boll Weevils enter Saturday's contest 5-3 on the year and 2-1 in GAC action. They have won five of their last six games. UAM fell 65-63 to Harding in overtime in its league opener but has picked up wins over OBU and Arkansas Tech since.

- UAM has enjoyed tremendous success in the last two seasons. Since being picked last in the 2016-17 GAC Preseason Poll, the Weevils have gone 29-14 in conference play, 42-19 overall, and have reached the GAC Tournament title game in each of the last two years. UAM shared the league's regular-season crown in 2016-17 with East Central.

- Junior guard Austin Hardy leads the Weevils with 15.6 points per game, while fellow junior guard KJ Lesure is one of just seven players in the GAC who averages five or more assists per game (5.6). As a team, UAM leads the league in rebounding offense (43.3 per game) and blocked shots (5.7 per game) and is second in both scoring defense (65.7 points per game allowed to opponents) and field goal percentage defense (38.2 percent shooting).
