MONKEY ISLAND, Okla. – Due to early fog and a delayed start, No. 23 Henderson State is in fourth place with three holes remaining in the second round of the MSSU Fall Invitational. The Reddies started the day shooting even-288 on the first 18 holes and have made up three spots in round two, carding an 11-under par score through 15 holes. Â

Filling out the top five is Oklahoma Christian in first, followed by Roger State and Central Missouri tied for second, and Southern Arkansas in fifth. HSU is one stroke behind Roger State and Central Missouri and holds a three-stroke advantage over SAU.

Ethan Wilkins leads the team with two holes remaining in round two and is tied for fourth with a score of 6-under par. The Sussex, Wisconsin native shot 2-under on the first 18 holes and is 4-under Par through 16 holes of the second round.Â

Alex Hadden (T16) and
Nathan Cossement (T28) are both under par through most of the second round. Hadden started the day even-Par on the first 18 holes and made up ground on the second 18 with six birdies, including four straight on the back nine, and is 4-under par with two holes remaining. Cossement is 1-under par with one hole left in the second round and has eight birdies through 35 holes.

Miller Harris is tied for 45
th place with a score of 1-over par with three holes remaining and has notched seven birdies over 32 holes.
Cooper Williams carded a 6-over round across 32 holes and has four birdies through 15 holes in the second round.Â

No. 23 Henderson State will conclude the final three holes of the second round tomorrow morning before heading into the third round at the Par 72, 6840-yard Shangri-La Country Club.
