HUMBLE, Texas — Henderson State's time at the 2025 Houston Classic was cut short due a rainout that canceled the third and final round of competition at the Golf Club of Houston on Tuesday.
The Reddies finished the tournament in 13th place with a score of 38-over 614 across two rounds.
No. 6 Central Oklahoma boasted the top team score in the field at seven-under 569. Harding took second with two-over 578, while West Texas A&M claimed third by shooting five-over 581. Midwestern State's Seth Bearden topped the tournament's individual standings at six-under 138.
Philipp Pakosch held Henderson's best individual score after going six-over 150 on the first day of the event. Cooper Williams followed close behind at seven-over 151.
HSU will return on Monday, March 3, to face UAFS at Hardscrabble Country Club in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
