Henderson State had little problems in beating Ouachita Baptist 8-1 in women's tennis action, Friday at the Bettye Wallace Tennis Center in Arkadelphia, Ark.

The Reddies, 9-6 overall and 2-1 in the Great American Conference, took all three doubles matches to begin the day.

At No. 1 doubles, the duo of Annie Shannon and Amanda Korinihona improved to 12-2 on the year with an 8-1 victory over Vanja Bogetic and Mallory Tabler.
 
Sara Griffin and Mariah Bartlett followed suit at No. 2 doubles with a 8-3 win over Baylee McBride and Polina Tsymbalova, while Sydnee Parker and Maddie McJunkins won at No. 3 doubles 8-5 over Camila Ferreira and Valeriya Mansvetova.

Shannon made quick work of Bogetic at No. 1 singles winning 6-2, 6-1 to improve to 11-1 on the year.
 
Parker recorded a 6-3, 6-4 win over Mansvetova at No. 3 singles improving to 9-3 overall and 3-0 in GAC play.
 
Alex Cuella defeated Tsymbalova 6-1, 6-0 at No. 4, while at No. 5 singles, Bartlett blanked Ferreira 6-0, 6-0.
 
McJunkins went to 3-0 in singles play with a 6-3, 3-6, 12-10 win over McBride at No. 6 singles.

Henderson will next travel to Durant, Okla. on Sunday to face Southeastern Oklahoma.
