Henderson State made quick work of Ouachita Baptist as the Reddies women's tennis team shutout the Tigers 9-0, Thursday at the Bettye Wallace Tennis Center.

The Reddies nearly shutout the Tigers in doubles play as OBU won just four games in the three matches.

Henderson's Lorraine Banimataku and Thea Minor moved up to No. 1 doubles and played well as the two defeated Mallory Tabler and Kendra Dinsmore, 8-3.

At No. 2 doubles, the duo of Mariah Bartlett and Lauren Miller cruised to an 8-1 win over Polina Tsymbolova and Baylee McBride, while Maddie McJunkins and
Sara Griffin shutout Claire Seale and Samantha Boyd 8-0 at No. 3 doubles.

Henderson continued its dominance in singles play with Minor recording a 6-0, 6-4 win over Tabler at No. 1 singles, with Banimataku beating Dinsmore at No. 2 single 6-4, 6-1.

Bartlett made quick work of Tsymbolova at No. 3 singles, 6-2, 6-0, with Miller defeating McBride 6-4, 6-0 at No. 4.

At No. 5 singles, McJunkins recorded a victory when Seale retired during the match.

Sara Griffin closed out the day with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Boyd at No. 6 singles.
