Henderson State made quick work of Ouachita Baptist as the Reddies women's tennis team beat the Lady Tigers 9-0, Thursday in Arkadelphia.
 
With the win, Henderson improves to 5-8 overall and 2-3 in the Great American Conference.
 
The match began with doubles play as Annie Shannon and Thea Minor defeated Kendra Densmore and Polina Tsymbalova 8-1 at No. 1.
 
At No. 2 doubles, Lorraine Banimataku and Mariah Bartlett shutout Beth Naylor and Baylee McBride 8-0, while Maddie McRae and Lauren Miller won by default at No. 3 doubles.
 
Henderson continued the onslaught in singles play as Shannon beat Densmore at No. 1 singles 6-0, 6-0, with Minor also shutting out her opponent in blanking Tsymbalova 6-0, 6-0.
 
Alexandra Cuello did not lose a game at No. 3 singles as she beat McBride 6-0, 6-0, with Miller winning at No. 4 singles, 6-2 and 6-3 over Naylor.
 
Maddie McRae and Alisha Davis both won by default.
 
Henderson will next travel to Bentonville, Ark. to play in the Great American Conference Championships beginning April 20.
