LIVE VIDEO | LIVE STATS | LIVE RADIO BROADCAST | GAC TOURNAMENT NOTES

ARKADELPHIA, Ark. - Henderson State begins its run in the Great American Conference Tournament on Friday when the Reddies take on No. 4 seed Harding at 12 p.m. in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

REDDIES REPORT
- Henderson (18-10, 13-9) is looking for its second-ever GAC Tournament win on Friday against Harding. The Reddies won their first GAC Tournament game last season against Ouachita Baptist to advance to the league semifinals, where they fell to eventual champion Arkansas Tech. HSU has been in seven of eight GAC Tournaments since the conference's inception in 2011.

- The Reddies and Lady Bisons split in two matchups this season. Henderson got the best of Harding in the first meeting in Arkadelphia, 84-77, but HU won the latest contest in Searcy, 87-72 back on Feb. 16. Kellie Lampo had a season-high 39 points in the Lady Bisons' win. Both teams are 4-4 against the other since 2015-16.

- Pink Jones was named First Team All-GAC for the second-straight season on Wednesday night. Jones is the first Reddie since Aungelique Sledge to earn First Team Honors twice and is just the 11th player in the history of the GAC to be named All-GAC three times. Only three players in league history have been All-GAC selections all four years of their career. Jones will have a chance to become the fourth next season.

- Jones finished eighth in the league in scoring (15.4 points per game) and second in assists (4.5 per game). She was one of three players in the conference with more than 100 assists this season. Jones has had a great deal of success against Harding in her career and averages 21.7 points per game in six matchups with the Lady Bisons. She scored 31 and 22 points in the two meetings this season.

- Karrington Whaley led the GAC in field goal percentage in GAC games this season (58.1 percent). Whaley was 75-for-129 from the floor this season and also finished third in the conference in blocks (27). In two seasons at Henderson, Whaley is shooting 62.3 percent from the field.

- Hailey Estes became the 14th player in program history to eclipse 1000-career points against Southeastern Oklahoma last Thursday. Estes was an honorable mention All-GAC selection and averaged 13.2 points and eight rebounds per game this year. She finished second in the GAC in 3-pointers made this season (68) and is on pace to become HSU's all-time leading rebounder.

- HSU was excellent all season at locking down the 3-point line, and led the conference in 3-point field goal percentage defense, holding GAC opponents to just 29.4 percent shooting from beyond the arc. Henderson was the only team in the league to have less than 100 3-pointers made against them this season (95 / 4.3 per game).
