BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Henderson State saw its season come to a close in the Great American Conference quarterfinals on Thursday, as Oklahoma Baptist defeated the Reddies 4-0 at the Memorial Park Tennis Complex.
The Lady Bison made quick work of doubles play, and claimed 6-1 wins at both the No. 2 and No. 3 spots to quickly take a 1-0 lead. OKBU's hot play continued in singles action, where the Lady Bison, who were led by Kim Moosbacher, the No. 7 ranked singles player in the country, got wins at the top three positions of the lineup to secure the match victory and advance to the league semifinals tomorrow against Harding.
The loss closes the year for Henderson, who finishes with a 5-11 record.
