Reddies Softball 2021 Gameday Information

FAN ATTENDANCE
- Fan attendance is permitted at Henderson State softball games this spring due to the nature of the competition and the enhanced ability to socially distance at large, outdoor venues such as Dee White Field. Ticketing will not be conducted for softball games and admittance is free to both home and visiting fans. Seating will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

- Those in attendance must adhere to federal, local and Great American Conference guidelines that encourage the use of face coverings and social distancing even when attending an outdoor event.

- Signage will be posted around the stadium and public address announcements will be made throughout games to remind those in attendance to wear masks and properly distance themselves from anyone outside of their household unit or family cluster.

- Sitting or standing on the ground-level walkway closest to the field netting, as well as sitting or standing along the low baseline walls on either side of the field, is prohibited.

- Fans will not be permitted to stand or loiter in the walkway behind home plate and the respective dugouts. Those in attendance are asked to please sit only on the brick seating area behind home plate, on the hills to the right or left of the press box, or in the front row spaces of the parking lot at the top of the hill.

- For softball games at Dee White Field, fans are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets to better social distance on the grass hills behind the stadium. Lawn chairs and blankets will not be permitted on the ground-level walkway closest to the field.

- Concessions will not be available at Dee White Field. Fans are encouraged to bring water or snacks of their own as these items will not be sold at the stadium.

- Fans are asked to please refrain from interacting with players on either team during or between games of a doubleheader if at all possible.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
- To help fight the spread of COVID-19, heightened safety measures have been implemented at Dee White Field this season.

- Fans are asked to follow standard COVID-19 safety guidelines and self-evaluation practices such as washing and sanitizing hands frequently, universal masking and social distancing. If you are ill or have been in contact with someone with COVID -19, please watch the game online and do not come to the field.

- Both teams will be limited to 26 total people, including coaches and trainers, inside the dugouts at all times.

- Bathrooms will be cleaned every 30 minutes through the duration of games by Henderson State maintenance officials.

- Hand sanitizer stations will be available for public use around the venue. Fans are also encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer for personal use.

- Maintenance officials will be onsite at Dee White for the duration of games to oversee sanitation and help provide a clean, safe environment.

PARKING
- Parking is free to begin this season at Dee White Field. Fans will be allowed to park inside the designated parking lot servicing the softball complex and the Ken Duke Golf Center. Parking on the side of the main road, the side of the entry road, or the entrance to the home dugout area is prohibited.
