HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – No. 12 Henderson State took first place at the Battle for the Belt, shooting an 8-under 280 as a team for the day, to finish the tournament 9-under 855. Rounding out the top three, Harding University carded 5-over 869, and Union University shot 14-over 878.

Two-time GAC Player of the Week
Nathan Cossement finished the tournament first on the individual leaderboard. The Wavre, Belgium native shot seven birdies and no bogeys to card a 7-under 65, ending the tournament 6-under 210.

Josh McNulty tied for third on the player leaderboard, shot a 3-under 69, finishing 2-under 214. McNulty tallied four birdies in the final round, propelling the junior up three spots from Monday. Sophomore
Alex Hadden was tied for ninth individually, shooting a 1-over 217 over the three rounds. Hadden ended day two by shooting even-par 72 with five birdies.

Miller Harris shot a 2-over 74, finishing tied for 18th place. Harris recorded 4-over 220 score for the tournament with three birdies to close out the final round.
Brady Perkins carded a 3-over 75 in the final round to end the tournament 11-over 227.

The Henderson State 'B' team ended the tournament in ninth, shooting a 19-over 307, tallying a 43-over 907 score after three rounds.

Simon McBride played his way into sixth place after recording a 1-under 71 for the day. The sophomore had four birdies and carded an even-par 216 for the tournament.
Cooper Williams finished the afternoon 2-over 74, finishing the rounds 11-over 227.

Jacob Knowlton ended round three 7-over 79 and carded a 12-over 228 to place tied for 38th.
Ratio Visuttipinate shot an 11-over 84 to finish in 51st place, recording a 20-over 236 to end the tournament.

The No. 12 Reddies return to action when they tee off at the Arkansas Collegiate Tournament in El Dorado, Ark. on Oct. 10 and 11.
