ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – No. 34
Mulan Kamoe and
Georjemah Row continued their winning campaign at the top doubles line, picking up their eighth consecutive victory, paired with Kamoe picking up her eighth singles victory of the year, improving her individual record to 8-5.
Â
Henderson was only able to pick up wins at the two top spots, falling to the Muleriders Thursday afternoon, 6-1.
Â
The Kamoe/Row tandem continued its dominance with a 6-1 win over SAU's Lena Milosevic and Greta Wallin. A late rally from the Muleriders' third doubles team clinched the solo point for the visitors.
Â
Kamoe once again had the upper hand on Milosevic in singles, coming back from being down a break in the first set to see her eighth win at No. 1, all of which have come in straight sets.
Â
Henderson St. (4-9, 0-3) will have two home matches remaining on the season, with the second-to-last contest coming tomorrow at 2 p.m. against Ouachita Baptist. Â
