2022 CHAMPIONSHIP FIELD

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana - The Henderson State women's golf team earned a berth to the 2022 NCAA Regional Tournament as the number two seed, marking the ninth consecutive regional bid for the Reddie women.

Henderson St. earned the automatic bid after winning its second consecutive GAC Championship at the same location where this year's Central Regional will be held: Hot Springs Country Club in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Regional play will feature 54 holes over the course of three days from May 2-4.

The top three team finishers at the regional will punch their ticket to the National Championship in Gainesville, Georgia, May 10-14. Henderson State has only reached Nationals once before in 2017 when it finished third in the region, followed by a ninth-place national finish as a team.

Last year, Henderson finished fourth in the region while Allie Bianchi earned an individual bid after posting a fourth-place finish as she placed 42nd out of the 72-player field in the nation - the highest finish by any player in program history.
