ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – Henderson State will look to complete the season sweep over Southeastern Oklahoma State on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 5:30 p.m. in the Duke Wells Center.

REDDIES REPORT
Henderson got revenge over Ouachita Baptist, defeating the Tigers 82-72 in the second installment of the Battle of the Ravine.
Ashley Farrar led the way for the Reddies, recording 30 points and six rebounds.

With the win over OUA, Henderson has now clinched a spot in the GAC Tournament after getting its 11th league win. HSU is one of four teams to already qualify for the tournament. The other three teams include Southern Nazarene, Harding and Arkansas Tech.

JJ Eddens has provided a spark off the bench for the Reddies in the last six games. Against Ouachita Baptist, the Luther, Oklahoma native went 5-8 and scored 11 points in 21 minutes of action. Over the last six contests, Eddens is averaging 6.2 points a game and shooting 53.1 percent from the field.

After struggling from the three-point line against Northwestern Oklahoma State, the Reddies found their range from deep versus OUA. Henderson went 11-20 from beyond the arc and had multiple players with three treys.
Abbie Jiles was perfect from deep, going 3-3, while Farrar started 0-3 from beyond the arc and then made three straight triples.
Sonni Martin finished 3-4 and had back-to-back treys in the fourth period.

HSU has won the last three contests over Southeastern Oklahoma State and leads the head-to-head matchup 15-12. In the first meeting, Henderson got the better of SE, defeating the Savage Storm 61-52 in the Bloomer Sullivan Arena. Farrar posted a double-double in the win with 24 points and 11 rebounds.

SCOUTING SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA STATE
The Savage Storm had won three straight games before falling to East Central 60-47 in their last outing. Southeastern Oklahoma State sits last in the GAC standings with a conference record of 5-13 and is 7-16 overall.

Over the three-game win streak, SE was led by Caitlin Kobiske, who earned a GAC Player of the Week award and picked up a D2 National Player of the Week award for her performance against Southern Arkansas and Arkansas-Monticello. Kobiske scored 81 points over the two contests and shot 71.4 percent from the floor. The Keller, Texas native leads SE in scoring, averaging 16.8 points a game.

Briley Moon is SE's top three-point shooter with 44 triples this season, shooting 38.9 percent from beyond the arc, and is the team's second-leading scorer with 15.3 points a contest. Â
