ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – The GAC's top two scorers will go head to head in Henderson State's final home game of the season as the team gets set to host Arkansas Tech on senior night Thursday, Feb. 23 at 5:30 p.m. in the Duke Wells Center.  
After the game, the Reddies will recognize seniors

Gracie Raby and

REDDIES REPORT
Henderson State overcame an 11-point deficit in the third period to defeat East Central 85-76. The Reddies tied the single-game record for the number of made free-throws in a contest against the Tigers, converting 36 shots on 41 attempts. Nine different players stepped up to the foul line to take shots, and all nine made at least one of their attempts.  
 
Ashley Farrar eclipsed the 500-point mark for the second time in two seasons after scoring 24 against East Central. The Green Forest, Ark. native is the fourth player since 1987 to score 500 points in back-to-back seasons. Farrar is averaging a GAC-second-best 19.3 points per game and shooting 44.2 percent from the field.
 
Freshman 
Olivia Allen recorded her first double-digit point game as a Reddie, scoring ten against the Tigers, and was 2-3 from beyond the arc with a steal and block. 
Gracie Raby tallied her 14
th double-figure point game with 14 points, while 
Abbie Jiles had 15 and was a perfect 4-4 from the foul line.
 
The win over ECU gave HSU its 11
th win inside the Duke Wells Center this season and its fourth consecutive home victory. The Reddies are averaging 73.6 points a game under the home lights, which is 6.5 more than their season average (67.1).
 
Henderson got the better of Arkansas Tech in the first meeting, defeating the Golden Suns 78-67 in the Tucker Coliseum. The Reddies had four players reach double-figure points, led by Raby with 22. HSU has won the last four meetings against ATU, including two straight home victories.  
 
SCOUTING ARKANSAS TECH   
After four consecutive losses, Arkansas Tech (13-11, 11-9) has slid down a spot in the GAC standings into fourth place. ATU has seen a dip in form in February, with five losses and only two wins. Most recently, Arkansas Tech fell to Southwestern Oklahoma State 73-65 in the Tucker Coliseum.
 
Despite the recent struggles, the Golden Suns still have one of the best-scoring offenses in the GAC, averaging 69.9 points a game. ATU's sharpshooter Jalei Oglesby is a big part of the offenses success, leading the team and GAC in points per contest (20.3). Oglesby has scored 20 or more points in Arkansas Tech's last seven games and has three double-doubles during this stretch.  
 
ATU is the best team at the glass in the conference, averaging 43.6 rebounds a game, and is one of two teams averaging over 40 an outing. Oglesby is second in the conference in rebounding with 8.7 a contest – 3.3 on offense and 5.4 on defense.
