Box Score RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Henderson State closed out its conference slate Thursday afternoon in Russellville where it fell against No. 46 Arkansas Tech, 6-1. The Reddies finish conference play 2-3, including their first victory over Southeastern Oklahoma State since joining the GAC in 2012.

Mulan Kamoe swept last year's GAC Player of the Year and this year's No. 40 ranked singles player Lea Grinberg. Kamoe finishes with a 4-1 record against the league's other top singles players and 5-0 with partner

Kamoe and Kozlova earned the first win of the afternoon for the Reddies, defeating Golden Suns Lea Grinberg and Aastha Dargude at the top doubles spot, 6-4. After doubles play was completed, the Nasoso Nadi, Fiji, native handed HSU its only singles win as well, defeating No. 40 Grinberg for the second time of the day, 6-3, 6-4.
No. 28 Kamoe, who climbed as high as No. 17 the ITA Division II singles rankings earlier this season, is currently 14-2 at No. 1 singles 14-3 at No. 1 doubles with still one match remaining.
That final match will come against Fort Hays St. in the season finale at Bettye Wallace Tennis Center Saturday, Apr. 15 at 1 p.m. The GAC Tournament will follow the regular season, taking place in Bentonville, Arkansas, Apr. 20-22.
