PLAYER LEADERBOARD 
CABOT, Ark. – Through two rounds at the Par 72 7392 yard Cypress Spring Golf Club, No. 20 Henderson State leads the 11-team field at the Natural State Classic with a score of 11-over 587. 
Along with HSU, seven other Great American Conference teams feature in the tournament field of play.  Harding finished the first 36 holes in second place with a 20-over 596, followed by Southern Arkansas in third after carding a 24-over 600.
 
Alex Hadden paced the team on day one, recording the best individual score on the team, carding a 1-over 145 with nine birdies. The sophomore began the day shooting 5-over par and improved on his score in the second round, carding a 4-under 68 with six birdies.
 
Miller Harris and 
Cooper Williams finished with the same scores after 36 holes, each carding a 5-over 149, and are tied for 10
th on the player leaderboard. Harris went bogey-free on the final nine holes in the second round and recorded a birdie on the last hole of the day.
 
Nathan Cossement carded a 5-over 149 to finish tied with Williams and Harris for 10
th place on the leaderboard to end day one. The Wavre, Belgium native recorded the only eagle on the team on the 18
th hole in round one.
 
Ethan Wilkins had a strong start to the day, finishing the first round even-par and went bogey-free on the back nine with two birdies. In the second round, the Illinois Wesleyan transfer shot 6-over 78 to finish the day 6-over 150 and tied for 14
th place.
 
Brady Perkins played the Cypress Spring Golf Club course individually and shot 6-over 78 in round one and 12-over par in the second. The Southlake, Texas native finished the first 36-holes with a score of 18-over 162 and is in 53
rd place on the player leaderboard.
 
No. 20 Henderson St. will look to hold onto the top spot at the Natural State Classic heading into the final round tomorrow.
