RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - After No. 6 Henderson State's first tournament of the 2023 fall season, Allie Bianchi was named the Great American Conference Player of the Week, the league announced Wednesday.

Bianchi paced the Reddies at the DBU Classic over the last couple of the days, carding a 5-over 221 across 54 holes to finish in a tie for 24th.

The 2022-23 All-American saw the most movement across the three days of competition, climbing back from a 4-over 76 on the first round as she finished her 2023 inaugural event with a 1-over 73 on the final 18 holes. Her final round featured 13 pars, three bogeys and two birdies.

Bianchi and the No. 6 Reddies, after placing ninth at the DBU Classic, will head to Bartlesville, Oklahoma, next for the Central Region Preview Sept. 25-26.
