2023-24 WGCA ALL-AMERICAN SCHOLARS FULL RELEASE

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — Henderson State golfers Allie Bianchi and Jinna Boonbumroongsuk added to their impressive list of accolades for the 2023-24 season on Monday when they were both named Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholars.

Both Bianchi and Boonbumroongsuk received 2024 CSC Academic All-District recognition last week. The pair helped lead the Reddies women's golf team to its fourth-consecutive Great American Conference title, its third-straight NCAA Central Region Championship, and its third-consecutive appearance at the NCAA Division II National Championships this spring.

The 2023-24 WGCA All-American Scholar program honored 1,497 women's collegiate golfers from 412 programs across all divisions of competition. To qualify for recognition, student-athletes must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher and have played in 50% of their team's competitive rounds for the season.
