Women's Basketball 2025-26 Game Notes
ARKADELPHIA, Ark. - The Reddie Women's Basketball team heads on the road for the rest of 2025, with their first stop in Searcy to face the Harding Bisons.
Henderson State is 2-1 in GAC play, after defeating Southeastern Oklahoma State 91-58 and East Central 77-63, then losing to Arkansas Tech 72-89.
The Reddie offense is led by
Natalie Cardenas, who is averaging 20.1 points per game, which ranks second in the GAC.
Brynlee Huggins ranks second on the team and eighth in the GAC in points per game (14.7). The main distributor for the Reddie offense is
Sam Basson, who is averaging a team-leading 2.9 assists per game.
Henderson State is one of the best rebounding team in the GAC, as they are tied for first, averaging 40.6 rebounds per game, ranking third in offensive rebounds (13.3) and second in defensive rebounds (27.3).

The Bisons have gone 2-1 in GAC play so far this season. They defeated Southwestern Oklahoma State 73-62, then lost to #22 Northwestern Oklahoma State 57-65. They then faced Arkansas-Monticello and won 86-64.
The Bisons offense is led by Maddi Holt, who is averaging 12.3 points per game, shooting 39.6 percent from the field. Josie Williams ranks second on the team, averaging 12.0 points per game. This team scores well from three, as Harding ranks second in the GAC in three-point percentage (36.5).
