Having lost five straight, Henderson State will hope the home court crowd will help end the streak as the Lady Reddies play host to Southwestern Oklahoma, Thursday at the Duke Wells Center with tip-off set for 5:30 p.m.

Henderson State is 12-10 overall and 7-9 in the GAC after a 91-85 loss to Arkansas Tech last Saturday.           

The Lady Reddies have allowed 82.6 points per game during the losing streak and are averaging 17.8 turnovers per game.
 
Henderson State ranks third in the GAC in 3-point field goal percentage shooting 35 percent from beyond the arc.       

Aungelique Sledge remains atop the GAC in scoring, averaging 20.7 points per game.
However, the junior from West Helena, Ark. is averaging 16.4 points in the last five games. Sledge scored 17 points earlier this season against SWOSU.

Krystal Beachum is averaging 14.0 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.     
Beachum has been Henderson's top score as of late, averaging 20.0 points in the last four games.
 
The senior from Mexia, Texas is attempting to become only the ninth player in HSU Lady Reddie history to score 1000 points in a career. In 77 games, Beachum has totaled 916 points for an average of 12.1 points per game.
 
Dulincia Keener is averaging 8.4 points and a team best 7.8 rebounds per game.
Keener scored 10 points and completed the double-double with 10 rebounds in the first game against SWOSU.
 
Southwestern Oklahoma enters the game having a 14-8 record overall and an 11-5 mark in the GAC.
 
The Bulldogs are the top scoring team in the GAC averaging 84.4 points per game. SWOSU is one of the better 3-point shooting teams in the league having totaled 216 treys.
 
Michelle Fisher leads the team in scoring, averaging 17.5 points per contest and ranks third in the GAC. Fisher has converted on 57-of-170 3-point field goals. Fisher scored 18 points in the first game against Henderson.  

Taryn Sayama follows averaging 13.4 points per game, including 15.3 points in GAC play. She totaled 20 points in January against the Lady Reddies.           


Sarina Sayama averages 12.8 points per game and leads the team in 3-point field goals with 61.        


In the first game earlier this season, Henderson State had a difficult shooting night making just 27-of-83 shots from the field for a dismal 32.5 percent as Southwetsrn Oklahoma beat the Lady Reddies 90-82.
 
Beachum recorded a double-double totaling 26 points and 12 rebounds while Sledge scored 17 points and hit 4-of-7 3-point field goals.
 
Jasmine Settles scored a career-best 17 points while Dulincia Keener scored 10 points and also recorded a double-double with 10 rebounds.
