Henderson State banged out 16 hits and rallied from a 6-1 to beat Cameron 12-7, Sunday at the Hurry-Up Classic in Arkadelphia, Ark.
The Lady Reddies erupted for eight runs in the fourth-inning and added three more in the fifth to beat the Aggies.
Morgan South began the Henderson fourth with a base hit with
Sarah Gipson following with a two-run home run to right field to cut the deficit to 6-3.
Amy Halter made the score 6-4 with a single that drove home
Jaylin Baldridge who singled after Gipson's blast. Run-scoring singles by Kiersten Seahorn and
Amber Klug tied the game at 6-6.
Henderson State, 3-4 overall, got its first lead of the game when
Ashlyn White was hit by pitch with the bases loaded.
The Lady Reddies batted around in the inning and Gipson drove in two more runs in the inning with a base hit to right field to make the score 9-6.
Henderson State put together four more hits in the fifth-inning to plate three additional runs. Halter reached on a base hit and later scored on a Tricia Hook single followed by a double by Klug.
White then drove in Hook and Klug on a singled up the middle to make the score 12-6.

Cagen Medlock in the third-inning and shut down the Aggies to get the win.
In the second game of the day, Central Missouri overcame a 4-0 deficit to beat Henderson State 7-5.
Hock was 4-for-4 in the game to lead the Lady Reddies, while Gipson had three hits along with a RBI.
Hock ended the day going 6-for-7 with two RBI, while Gipson was 5-for-8 with five RBI and a home run.
Klug, Baldridge, and Halter had three hits each in the two games.
Henderson State will next take part in the 8-State Classic in Bentonville, Ark. beginning Friday at 1:30 p.m. against Minnesota-Duluth.
