Henderson State will play its final home softball games of the season when the Lady Reddie face Harding in a four-game Great American Conference series beginning Saturday at 1 p.m. at Dee White Field in Arkadelphia, Ark.
The Lady Reddies, 23-16 overall and 19-9 in the GAC, are currently in third-place in the league standings, while Harding, 26-19 and 18-14, is in fifth-place.
Henderson State has a 17-8 record at Dee White Field, including winning 14 of its last 15 home games.
Offensively, Henderson State ranks fourth in the GAC with a team batting average of .313 including scoring 5.2 runs per contest.
Amber Klug ranks eighth in the GAC having a .389 average, including 9 doubles and 19 runs batted in.
Ashlyn White follows with a .381 average along with a team-best 29 RBI and 5 home runs.
Cagen Medlock has been Henderson's top pitcher having a 10-3 record and a 3.56 ERA. Medlock has won five straight games in the circle.
Harding is second in the GAC with a team .322 batting average while scoring 4.7 runs per game.
Courtney Derrick leads the team in hitting with a .389 average, while Kinsey Beck follows hitting .341.
The Lady Bisons rank ninth in the league in earned run average having a team ERA of 4.54.
Amber Rollins is Harding's top pitcher having a 15-8 record and a 2.66 ERA. Rollins has struck out 159 batters in 152 innings of work.
