FINAL PLAYER LEADERBOARD
MUSKOGEE, Okla. — Henderson State shot 287 in the final round of play on Tuesday at the Muskogee Golf Club to take ninth place in the 18-team Northeastern State Classic.
After a great 36 holes on Monday,
Stuart Krog finished off a strong showing in the first tournament of the season with a 1-under 70 on Tuesday to tie for eighth individually. His three-round score of 209 (-4) was the best of his career at Henderson State. Krog led the field in Par-3 scoring for the event, where he shot 2-under for 54 holes.
Nick Shapiro was the next-highest finisher for Henderson and tied for 28th after shooting 2-over 72 on Tuesday.
Francisco Maciel, who shot even-par 71, tied for 34th, while
Josh McNulty and
Mitchell Ford, who carded final rounds of 74 and 76, respectively, finished in ties for 52nd and 65th.
Playing as an individual,
Kasoma Paulino, who knocked in his second eagle of the event on Tuesday, shot 76 in round three to tie for 34th. Paulino shot a tournament-best 6-under on Par 5 holes. Fellow individual
Jackson Cole turned in his second 2-over 73 of the week to tie for 46th.
Central Missouri won the event after shooting 279 on Tuesday to finish with a three-round score of 837.
The Reddies play next at the Missouri Southern Invite on Sept. 23-24 in Monkey Island, Oklahoma.
