Rosa Montejano-Griffith was a Lady Reddie Volleyball star player from 1994-1997. She was named the MVP of the GSC All-Tournament Team twice (1994 and 1995). She also made the NCAA All-Region team and the All-GSC team in those same seasons, while qualifying for the All-America team as well. Additionally, she was named GSC Player of the Year in 1996. In the 1994 season, she tallied 197 block solos, which led her to a school career best of 336 block solos
